SENIOR APPLICATION ENGINEER (N CA PRE/POST SALES) – San Ramon

In this position you'll provide technical support for our products in Northern California covering: (1) Pre-sales technical support for product demonstrations, including assistance with proposal development; (2) Implementation support for hardware setup, configuration, including some light programming changes/fixes (i.e., Visual Basic and/or C++; and (3) Post-sales technical support for our products.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree with technical discipline (e.g., engineering, computer science) preferred or equivalent experience. 5 years experience in: (1) IT data communications (e.g., LAN, WAN) support; and (2) Computer server hardware support; and (3) Some programming in Visual Basic (VB) and/or C++; and (4) A familiarity with plant instrumentation & control. In addition, strong personal communications skills and Microsoft Office experience, including PowerPoint.

This position will be located at our San Ramon, California offices and requires 25% - 30% travel. Individuals located in Northern California area are encouraged to apply. In addition, we are unable to sponsor H1-B Visas at this time.
